AI FDE Course: Production AI Field Delivery
An eight-module AI FDE course covering customer discovery, scoping, architecture, prototypes, evals, production reliability, rollout, and certification evidence.

AI FDE course
This course is organized around one production AI deployment. You will work from an ambiguous customer request to a scoped system, tested prototype, evaluation report, production readiness review, rollout plan, and post-deployment learning package.
The public learning materials and online assessment are available without buying a plan. Team cohorts, instructor review, and paid project support can be added later; the current page describes the curriculum and evidence standard.
Curriculum
Module 1 — Discover
Interview users, map the current workflow, identify the costly bottleneck, and define a measurable outcome. Deliver a discovery brief.
Module 2 — Scope
Choose the first valuable workflow, define data and integration needs, expose risks, write acceptance criteria, and sequence milestones. Deliver a technical scope and delivery plan.
Module 3 — Architect
Compare direct generation, retrieval, tools, agents, structured outputs, and human review. Define trust boundaries, permissions, data policy, and failure behavior. Deliver an architecture decision record.
Module 4 — Prototype
Build a thin full-stack workflow with representative data and real user tasks. Run customer-style tests and record changed assumptions. Deliver the prototype and test log.
Module 5 — Evaluate
Create a representative eval set, define rubrics, measure baseline behavior, cluster failures, and connect model quality to workflow impact. Deliver an eval report.
Module 6 — Productionize
Integrate identity, APIs, data, queues, storage, observability, security, incident response, and rollback. Deliver a production readiness review.
Module 7 — Roll out
Plan user cohorts, enablement, support, adoption metrics, escalation, and expansion or rollback decisions. Deliver a rollout and adoption plan.
Module 8 — Scale field learning
Run a post-deployment review and turn repeated lessons into reusable components, playbooks, eval templates, and product feedback. Deliver a final field portfolio.
Assessment and certification
Each module connects to scenario-exam topics. The AI mentor explains trade-offs without revealing pre-submission answers. Certificates are issued only when the published topic and score requirements are met, and every issued certificate has a public verification page.
AI FDE is an independent community credential, not an official certification from an employer or AI lab. The strongest completion evidence combines a certificate with the eight course artifacts.
